What are all the ways to earn GG?

To my knowledge, you can get GG by...
- buying it.
- inviting Facebook friends. (currently not working)
- completing missions. (can't remember if it actually does.)

In this moment GG Coins can be earn inviting friends on facebook, buying and asking me to add some, ahahah.

I have to find a better way to use GGCoins and recharge in a good way.
You can earn on poker, horse race.
The % is very high but is on all players that played it in the world.
