just purchased this game and disappointingly it fails to load. I have deleted and reloaded but still nothing.

what can be done please

Hi Clarke, i'm looking at your problem and comparing it to the other players one.
I will do a new update to try to fix the problem.

After the update if the game will not work on your system, i will gift you a FREE code for another game.

Ok i understand which is the error now.
Thx... i will update the version immediately.
Just wait Apple publish it (5/6 days).

This is the right way to help us to debug strange errors, doing the compare between some users error we can assert the real problem.

All games updated and uploaded to Apple.
Some days and after the updates let me know if it will work.

Hi Clarke, yes, in these days Apple have much review to do on Apps, any way i confirm we solved those bugs thx to all users and you:

- When game over the game restart normally with 3 lives (bug : 0 lives so freeze)
- Game center Orientation on start up and game center not required on old device (this is the crash that you have and all the others)

I wish Apple can be fast, so all of you can play the update.

Hi clarke, the update is still in review from Apple. We are very sorry but Apple is very busy since the 10.8 come out.
We are angry too for their delays.
We updated all our games on MAC and on 10 games 0 was reviewed in 15 days.

So we think the update will come from a moment to another.
